Here are Dan&#8217;s 3 top tips</strong> for making yourself &#8220;magnetic&#8221; to the more affluent customer:</p>
<p>1. <strong>Develop and display your expertise.</strong> People want to do business with those they perceive to be a trusted, respected resource.</p>
<p>2. <strong>Offer a product/service that provides a &#8220;done for you&#8221; aspect to it</strong>. This is very attractive to the well-to-do baby boomers who feel the strain of too much to do and not enough time to do it all.</p>
<p>3. <strong>Respect your customer. </strong>Treat them like royalty. Royalty creates loyalty!</p>
