Plan your day before you start your day.

Yes, it is that simple.

Most of us roll out of bed, make our coffee, have a quick bite, then get pulled into answering emails and texts.

This NOT a great strategy.

Instead, try this every day for one week:

The night before, take about 10 minutes to sit down with your calendar and your to-do list. Determine first what the absolute essential items you need to accomplish tomorrow. Write those priorities down and make a quick estimate as to how long it will take. Now pull out your calendar and block out when you can fit these items in. Hint: It’s always a good idea to add a little bit more time to the “to-do.” Most of us underestimate how much time we actually need to complete a task. Lather. Rinse. Repeat. Do this for one week, and celebrate your results! I guarantee you will be beaming as you handle these priorities in this clean, easy-to-implement strategy!
